For land speed or drag racing use. This was designed with stock sized wheel and tire but would probably be better with a 60 series tire. Leading edge is above the axle line. Bottom of fender fairs in the fork bottom only, does not extend beyond the fork anywhere. Consult your rulebook to see if this fender will work for you.
