Order Processing & Production
All orders are processed when placed. Most products are built to order. Please inquire about the lead time. Production times may vary—please contact us for specific estimates before ordering.
Note: Once production has started, cancellations will incur a 10% fee.

Returns

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you'd like to request a return.

Returned items are subject to a 6% processing/restocking fee.

Bodywork products carry an additional 10% to 20% restocking fee, depending on the item’s condition and customization.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in unused, resellable condition with original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days. We will repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.


Custom orders may not be returned.

Customers wishing to return items outside the return window may not be guaranteed a return, please inquire for individual cases.
